Capital Rights Action is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization based in Washington, DC. We advocate for voting rights and Congressional representation for DC residents. We are not a law firm and nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice.

6. Political and Advocacy Disclaimer
Capital Rights Action is a 501(c)(4) organization. Our communications constitute issue advocacy, not express advocacy for or against any candidate for federal, state, or local office. Paid for by Capital Rights Action. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.
